Our work together would center on building awareness, widening self-understanding, talking (and feeling!) through relationship dynamics, uncovering lifelong patterns, tapping into authenticity, and finding new ways to handle overwhelming feelings.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic—meaning I am interested in understanding how your past experiences may shape or influence your present way of being in the world.
My style is gentle, organic, empathetic, and collaborative. In sessions, I’ll ask open-ended questions and help make space to explore whatever comes to mind.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationship struggles, family conflict, and life transitions.
I offer an affirming and accepting space for all queer, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive identities within the LGBTQ+ community.
